Frequently Asked questions

Answers about private label manufacturing, our cooperation process and Beauty & Style offer.

We are a custom manufacturer of cosmetics, perfumes, cleaning products, and dietary supplements. Operating since 2009, we offer a complete production cycle in one place — from formulation to complete delivery under the client's brand.

Our MOQ is 250 kg, and the number of pieces depends on the capacity of the selected packaging. For startups, we offer small starter batches to test the market.

The standard cycle takes 8 to 16 weeks, depending on the product category, laboratory testing, and packaging selection. Clients receive a detailed roadmap right after our first call.

We apply our own proprietary quality control process, which is stricter than standard ISO 9001. Every single package undergoes UV sterilization, every label is verified, and every piece is checked individually.

ISO 9001 allows statistical batch sampling — we inspect 100% of finished products. ISO 22716 does not require UV sterilization of raw packaging — we sterilize every single bottle.

Every piece of empty packaging passes through UV tunnels before filling to eliminate microbes. This is not a legal mandate, but our strict internal standard since day one.
